RETURN

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We highly encourage you to inspect thoroughly and examine the hair without opening the hair. You may NOT comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, wear or treat the hair in any way for us to consider a return. You must contact us first within the 14 days return period. All Fancy Best Hair must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging or a return will not be issued. 

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the cardboard backing.

EXCHANGE

We are confident that you will be pleased with Fancy Best Hair products. However, in the event that your order does not meet your expectations, please send it back, unused, in its original condition. We will exchange your order with products of equal value after we have received your returned order.

You must contact us successfully before returning the products. All returns must be made within 2 week of purchase. All unauthorized returns will be discarded.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, DUTY COST will be at customer’s expense.
